नारदेन दिव्यसभाः कथितुं प्रतिज्ञा

नारदेनैवमुक्तस्तु धर्मराजो युधिष्ठिर: । प्राउ्जलि र्भ्रातृभि: सार्ध तैश्व सर्वेर्द्धिजोत्तमै:,नारदजीके ऐसा कहनेपर भाइयों तथा सम्पूर्ण श्रेष्ठ ब्राह्मणोंके साथ महामनस्वी धर्मराज युधिष्ठिरने हाथ जोड़कर उनसे इस प्रकार कहा--“महर्ष! हम सभी दिव्य सभाओंका वर्णन सुनना चाहते हैं। आप उनके विषयमें सब बातें बताइये

Transliteration

nāradenaitam uktas tu dharmarājo yudhiṣṭhiraḥ | prāñjalir bhrātṛbhiḥ sārdhaṃ taiś ca sarvair dvijottamaiḥ ||

Translation

Thus addressed by Nārada, Dharma-rāja Yudhiṣṭhira—joining his palms in reverence, accompanied by his brothers and by all the foremost Brahmins—spoke to the sage: “O great ṛṣi, we all wish to hear a full account of the divine assemblies. Tell us everything about them.”
