Educational Q&A

A dhārmic ruler seeks knowledge through respectful inquiry: Yudhiṣṭhira, embodying restraint and humility, requests a complete account from a sage, showing that governance and ethical life are strengthened by listening to authoritative wisdom.

After Nārada’s discourse, Yudhiṣṭhira responds and asks him to narrate all the divine assembly-halls (sabhāḥ). The scene sets up a descriptive account of celestial courts and their splendor, framed as a sage-to-king instruction.
