पड़ोरिवाध्वगमनं दरिद्रस्पेव कामितम्‌

Transliteration

paḍor ivādhvagamanaṁ daridrasyeva kāmitam

Translation

Dhṛtarāṣṭra said: “This onward march is like the trudging of a weary traveler—like the longing of a poor man: compelled, painful, and driven more by necessity than by joy.”
