तव पुत्रास्तत: कर्ण सबला भरतर्षभ । परिवत्रुर्महात्मानं क्षिप्रमाहवशोभिनम्‌,भरतश्रेष्ठ) तदनन्तर सेनासहित आपके पुत्र युद्धमें शोभा पानेवाले महामनस्वी कर्णको शीघ्र ही सब ओरसे घेरकर खड़े हो गये

Transliteration

tava putrās tataḥ karṇa sabalā bharatarṣabha | parivavruḥ mahātmānaṃ kṣipram āhavaśobhinam ||

Translation

Sañjaya said: Then, O bull among the Bharatas, your sons—together with their forces—quickly surrounded Karna on all sides, that great-souled warrior who shone in the battle.
