यदि चैतत्‌ कथज्चित्‌ स्याललोकपर्यासनं भवेत्‌ | हन्यां कर्ण तथा शल्यं बाहुभ्यामेव संयुगे,“यदि किसी तरह ऐसा हो जाय तो संसार उलट जायगा। मैं अपनी दोनों भुजाओंसे ही युद्धभूमिमें कर्ण तथा शल्यको मसल डालूँगा'

Transliteration

yadi caitat kathañcit syāl loka-paryāsanaṃ bhavet | hanyāṃ karṇaṃ tathā śalyaṃ bāhubhyām eva saṃyuge ||

Translation

Sañjaya said: “If, by any chance, such a thing were to happen, it would overturn the very order of the world. On the battlefield, I would crush Karṇa and Śalya in combat with my own two arms alone.”
