ततः क्रुद्धों भीमसेनस्तरस्वी शक्ति चोग्रां प्राहिणोत्‌ ते सुताय । तामापतन्ती सहसातिघोरां दृष्टवा सुतस्ते ज्वलितामिवोल्काम्‌

Transliteration

tataḥ kruddho bhīmasenas tarasvī śaktiṃ cogrāṃ prāhiṇot te sutāya | tām āpatantīṃ sahasātighorāṃ dṛṣṭvā sutas te jvalitām ivolkām ||

Translation

Sañjaya said: Then Bhīmasena, blazing with anger and mighty in force, hurled a fierce śakti-weapon at your son. Seeing that exceedingly dreadful missile rushing upon him in an instant—like a flaming meteor—your son beheld the oncoming peril in the very midst of battle.
