भीमो>प्यतिबल सैन्यं धार्तराष्ट्र व्यपोथयत् । अथ कर्णॉडब्रवीच्छल्यं पज्चालान् प्रापपस्व माम्,इसी प्रकार भीमसेनने भी कौरवोंकी अत्यन्त बलवती सेनाको मार गिराया। तत्पश्चात् कर्णने शल्यसे कहा--“मुझे पांचालोंके पास ले चलो”
sañjaya uvāca | bhīmo 'py atibalaṃ sainyaṃ dhārtarāṣṭraṃ vyapothayat | atha karṇo 'bravīc chalyaṃ—pañcālān prāpaya sva mām |
