अस्त्र हि रामात्‌ कर्णेन भार्गवादृषिसत्तमात्‌ । यदुपात्तं महाघोरं तस्य रूपमुदीर्यते,“कर्णने मुनिश्रेष्ठ भूगुनन्दन परशुरामजीसे जो महाघोर अस्त्र प्राप्त किया है, उसीका रूप इस समय प्रकट हो रहा है

Transliteration

astra hi rāmāt karṇena bhārgavadṛṣisattamāt | yadupāttaṃ mahāghoraṃ tasya rūpamudīryate ||

Translation

Sañjaya said: “That exceedingly dreadful weapon which Karṇa had obtained from Rāma—Paraśurāma, the foremost sage of the Bhṛgu line—now reveals its very form.”
