प्रदिशध्व॑ यथान्यायं केन हंसा: पताम्यहम् | आज मैं तुमलोगोंके देखते-देखते जब इतनी उड़ानें भरूँगा, उस समय मेरा बल तुम देखोगे। मैं इनमेंसे किसी भी उड़ानसे आकाशमें उड़ सकूँगा। हंसो! तुमलोग यथोचितरूपसे विचार करके बताओ कि “मैं किस उड़ानसे उद्/ूँ?”
Transliteration
pradiśadhvaṁ yathānyāyaṁ kena haṁsāḥ patāmy aham |
Translation
The crow said: “Decide, in accordance with what is proper, by which flight I should soar. Today, before your very eyes, I will take to the sky again and again; then you will see my strength. O swans, after due consideration, tell me: ‘With which of these flights should I rise into the heavens?’”
