द्योतयन्तो दिश: सर्वास्तव सैन्यं समनन््ततः । भारत! उन दोनोंके छोड़े हुए वे बाण सम्पूर्ण दिशाओंको प्रकाशित करते हुए आपकी सेनाके चारों ओर गिरने लगे
dyotayanto diśaḥ sarvāstava sainyaṃ samanantataḥ | bhārata! ubhayor dvābhyāṃ muktais te bāṇāḥ samantād diśaḥ prakāśayantaḥ tava sainyasya paritaḥ patitum ārabdhāḥ ||
Sañjaya said: “O Bhārata, the arrows released by those two blazed so fiercely that they lit up every direction. Falling all around, they began to rain down, encircling your army.”
