Śiva’s Battlefield Manifestation and Vyāsa’s Śatarudrīya Exposition (शिवप्रादुर्भावः शतरुद्रीयव्याख्यानम्)
तेन संचोद्यमानस्तु ततस्तांस्तुरगोत्तमान् | सूत: संचोदयामास युयुधानरथं प्रति,उसका आदेश पाकर सारथिने उन श्रेष्ठ घोड़ोंको सात्यकिके रथकी ओर हाँक दिया
tena sañcodyamānas tu tatas tāṃs turagottamān | sūtaḥ sañcodayāmāsa yuyudhāna-rathaṃ prati ||
Urged on by him, the charioteer then drove those excellent horses forward, steering them toward the chariot of Yuyudhāna (Sātyaki).
संजय उवाच
Even amid chaos, effective action depends on disciplined performance of one’s assigned role: the charioteer executes the command promptly and precisely, showing how duty and responsiveness can decisively influence outcomes in war.
Sañjaya reports that, upon receiving an order, the charioteer urges the finest horses onward and directs the chariot toward Yuyudhāna (Sātyaki), indicating a rapid tactical movement to engage or approach him.
