कुबेर: सर्वरत्नानां देवतानां पुरंदर: । एव भूताधिप: सर्ग: प्रजानां च प्रजापति:,सब प्रकारके रत्नोंके स्वामी कुबेर, देवताओंके स्वामी इन्द्र और प्रजाओंके स्वामी प्रजापति हैं। यह भूतोंके अधिपतियोंका सर्ग है

kuberaḥ sarvaratnānāṃ devatānāṃ purandaraḥ | eva bhūtādhipaḥ sargaḥ prajānāṃ ca prajāpatiḥ ||

Vāyu said: “Kubera is the lord of all treasures; Purandara (Indra) is the lord among the gods; and Prajāpati is the lord of creatures. Thus, within creation there are appointed overlords for beings—each presiding over a distinct domain.”
