वर्षाचरो<स्तु भृतको राज्ञश्नास्तु पुरोहित: । अयाज्यस्य भवेदृत्विग् बिसस्तैन्यं करोति यः:,जिसने मृणाल चुराये हों, उसे वर्षाकालमें परदेशकी यात्रा करनेका, ब्राह्मण होकर वेतन लेकर काम करनेका, राजाके पुरोहित तथा यज्ञके अनधिकारीसे भी यज्ञ करानेका पाप लगे
Translation
Viśvāmitra said: “Let the one who steals lotus-fibres (bisa) incur the sin of one who journeys abroad in the rainy season; of a brāhmaṇa who works for wages; of one who serves as the king’s purohita; and of one who, as ṛtvij, performs sacrifice for a person unfit to be sacrificed for (ayājya).”
