उभौ लोकौ हृतौ मत्वा ते देवा दु:खिता5भवन् । शोकार्ताश्चि महात्मानं ब्रह्माणं शरणं ययु:,अपने दोनों लोकोंका अपहरण हुआ जान वे देवता बहुत दुःखी हो गये और शोकसे आतुर हो महात्मा ब्रह्माजीकी शरणमें गये
Transliteration
ubhāv lokau hṛtau matvā te devā duḥkhitābhavan | śokārtāś ca mahātmānaṃ brahmāṇaṃ śaraṇaṃ yayuḥ ||
Translation
Bhishma said: “Realizing that both worlds had been taken away from them, the gods became deeply distressed. Overwhelmed by grief, they sought refuge in the great-souled Brahmā.”
