Transliteration

udaṅmukhaḥ snānaṃ satataṃ śaucaṃ kuryāt samāhitaḥ

Translation

Bhīṣma said: One should regularly bathe facing north and, with a collected and attentive mind, continually maintain purity—both in conduct and in personal cleanliness.
