कल्माषपाद-शाप-कारणम्

Cause of Kalmāṣapāda’s Niyoga under a Curse

स तस्य मनुजेन्द्रस्य पश्यतो भगवानृषि: । ऊर्ध्वमाचक्रमे द्रष्ट भास्करं भास्करद्युति:,उक्त महाराजके देखते-देखते सूर्यके समान तेजस्वी भगवान्‌ वसिष्ठ मुनि सूर्यदेवसे मिलनेके लिये ऊपरको गये

sa tasya manujendrasya paśyato bhagavān ṛṣiḥ | ūrdhvam ācakrame draṣṭuṃ bhāskaraṃ bhāskaradyutiḥ ||

As that lord of men looked on, the blessed seer—radiant like the Sun—rose upward to behold Bhāskara, the Sun-god.
