विष्वक्सेनो विषूच्यां तु शम्भो: सख्यं करिष्यति । जात: स्वांशेन भगवान्गृहे विश्वसृजो विभु: ॥ २३ ॥
viṣvakseno viṣūcyāṁ tu śambhoḥ sakhyaṁ kariṣyati jātaḥ svāṁśena bhagavān gṛhe viśvasṛjo vibhuḥ
In the home of Viśvasraṣṭā, from the womb of Viṣūcī, a plenary portion of the Supreme Lord will appear as the incarnation Viṣvaksena. He will become a friend of Śambhu.
This verse states that Viṣvaksena will be born from Viṣūcī and will establish friendship with Lord Śambhu (Śiva), indicating harmony and devotional connection between great divine personalities.
Śukadeva is describing future divine arrangements in the manvantara cycles, noting that the Supreme Lord will manifest through a partial expansion (svāṁśa) in the home of Viśvasṛj as part of His governance and protection of dharma.
The verse highlights respectful harmony among exalted devotees and divine beings; in modern life, it encourages cultivating saintly friendship, honoring other Vaiṣṇavas and Śiva-bhaktas, and seeing unity in service to Bhagavān.
