मनुर्वै धर्मसावर्णिरेकादशम आत्मवान् । अनागतास्तत्सुताश्च सत्यधर्मादयो दश ॥ २४ ॥
manur vai dharma-sāvarṇir ekādaśama ātmavān anāgatās tat-sutāś ca satyadharmādayo daśa
In the eleventh manvantara, the Manu will be Dharma-sāvarṇi, greatly learned in spiritual wisdom. From him will come ten sons, headed by Satyadharma.
This verse identifies Dharma-sāvarṇi as the eleventh Manu, described as ātmavān—self-controlled and spiritually strong—who will preside over a future manvantara.
It states that Dharma-sāvarṇi Manu will have ten sons, beginning with Satya and Dharma, who will appear in the future.
Practicing regulated habits, truthful speech, and steady sādhana (hearing, chanting, and remembrance) cultivates self-mastery, making one fit to follow dharma with clarity.
