कश्यपस्त्वामसृजत कश्यपस्त्वा समैरयत्। अबिभस्त्वेन्द्रो मानुषे बिभ्रत् संश्रेषिणेऽजयत्। मणिं सहस्रवीर्यं वर्म देवा अकृण्वत
kaśyápas tvā́m asṛjata kaśyápas tvā sám airayat | abíbhas tvéndro mā́nuṣe bíbhrat saṁśréṣiṇe ’jayat | maṇíṁ sahásra-vīryaṁ várma devā́ akṛṇvata ||
Kaśyapa created thee; Kaśyapa wholly set thee in motion. Indra bore thee among men, and, bearing, conquered the close-clinging foe. The gods made the amulet, of thousandfold might, a coat of mail.
