Sukta 9
इमानि यानि पञ्चेन्द्रियाणि मनःषष्ठानि मे हृदि ब्रह्मणा संशितानि । यैरेव ससृजे घोरं तैरेव शान्तिरस्तु नः
imā́ni yā́ni páñcendriyā́ṇi mánaḥ-ṣaṣṭhāni me hṛdí bráhmaṇā saṃśitā́ni | yáir evá sasṛjé ghóram táir evá śā́ntir astu naḥ
These five sense-powers, with mind the sixth, that in my heart are compacted by brahman—by them indeed the dreadful was sent forth; by those same let peace be ours.
