Sukta 10
शं नः सूर्य उरुचक्षा उदेतु शं नो भवन्तु प्रदिशश्चतस्रः । शं नः पर्वता ध्रुवयो भवन्तु शं नः सिन्धवः शमु सन्त्वापः
śáṃ naḥ sū́rya urucákṣā úd etu | śáṃ no bhavantu pradíśaś cátasraḥ | śáṃ naḥ पर्वताः dhruváyo bhavantu | śáṃ naḥ síndhavaḥ śám u santu ā́paḥ ||
Weal be to us: let the wide-seeing Sun arise; weal be to us: may the four quarters be kindly. Weal be to us: may the mountains be steadfast; weal be to us: may the rivers be weal, and weal, indeed, the waters.
