अभि त्वोर्णोमि पृथिव्या मातुर्वस्त्रेण भद्रया । जीवेषु भद्रं तन्मयि स्वधा पितृषु सा त्वयि
abhí tvā́ ūrṇomi pṛthivyā́ mātúr vástreṇa bhadráyā | jīvéṣu bhadráṃ tán máyī svadhā́ pitṛ́ṣu sā́ tváyi
Over thee I wrap the kindly garment of Earth the Mother. Among the living be welfare—let that be in me; among the Fathers be svadhā—let that be in thee.
