Sukta 2
शुम्भनी द्यावापृथिवी अन्तिसुम्ने महिव्रते । आपः सप्त सुस्रुवुर्देवीस्ता नो मुञ्चन्त्वंहसः
śúmbhanī dyā́vā-pṛthivī́ ánti-sumne mahí-vrate | ā́paḥ saptá susruvúr devī́s tā́ no muñcántv áṃhasaḥ ||
Adorning Heaven and Earth, near with kindly grace, steadfast in mighty ordinance—forth have the Seven Waters flowed, the Goddesses: let them release us from distress and sin.
