Sukta 2
यं मे दत्तो ब्रह्मभागं वधूयोर्वाधूयं वासो वध्वऽश्च वस्त्रम्। युवं ब्रह्मणेऽनुमन्यमानौ बृहस्पते साकमिन्द्रश्च दत्तम्
yáṃ me dattó bráhmabhāgaṃ vadhūyór vādhū́yaṃ vā́so vadhvā́ś ca vástram | yuváṃ bráhmaṇe ’numányamānau bृहáspate sā́kam índraś ca dattám |
That which is given to me as Brahman’s portion—the bridal garment, the bride’s cloth—this, approving, ye two have given unto the Brahman, O Bṛhaspati, and Indra together.
