अतन्द्रो यास्यन् हरितो यदास्थाद् द्वे रूपे कृणुते रोचमानः । केतुमानुद्यन्त्सहमानो रजांसि विश्वा आदित्य प्रवतो वि भासि
atándro yāsyán haríto yád āsthā́d dvé rūpé kṛṇute rócamānaḥ | ketumā́n udyán sáhamāno rájāṃsi víśvā āditya právato ví bhāsi ||
Unwearied, when he goeth and hath mounted the bay steeds, shining he maketh for himself two forms. Bannered, rising, overpowering all the regions, O Āditya, thou beamest forth along every slope and course.
