यत् समुद्रमनु श्रितं तत् सिषासति सूर्यः । अध्वास्य विततो महान् पूर्वश्चापरश्च यः
yát samudrám ánu śritáṃ tát siṣāsati sū́ryaḥ | ádhvā́syá vítato mahā́n pū́rvaś cā́paraś ca yáḥ ||
What rests along upon the Ocean—unto that the Sun would fain attain. Vast is his pathway, stretched abroad, both eastern and again the western one.
