Sutra 34

फलातिमुक्तो भूमिभ्यः संधिः स परिदूषणः ॥ कZ_०७.३.३४च्द् ॥

phalātimukto bhūmibhyaḥ saṃdhiḥ sa paridūṣaṇaḥ

A treaty that frees (the other side) from paying produce/revenue from the lands is a corrupting, ruinous settlement.
