अविवीतानां चोररज्जुकः ॥ कZ_०४.१३.१० ॥

avivītānāṃ corarajjukaḥ

For areas not designated as protected zones (avivīta), the officer in charge is the corarajjuka (anti-theft/robbery enforcement functionary).
