The Threefold Power: The Raudrī Observance and the Manifestation of Chāmuṇḍā

अन्यथा मामपि बलाद्भक्षयिष्यन्ति ताः प्रभो ॥ रुद्र उवाच ॥ एतासां शृणु देवेश भक्ष्यमेकं मयोदितम् ॥

anyathā mām api balād bhakṣayiṣyanti tāḥ prabho || rudra uvāca || etāsāṃ śṛṇu deveśa bhakṣyam ekaṃ mayoditam ||

„Andernfalls, o Herr, werden sie sogar mich mit Gewalt verschlingen.“ Rudra sprach: „O Herr der Götter, höre: Eine Speise will ich für sie vorschlagen.“
