दत्त्वा द्विजेभ्यः स भवेत्सुरूपो रोगांश्च कांश्चिल्लभते न जातु ॥ बीजैरशून्यैः शयनाभिरामं दद्याद्गृहं यः पुरुषो द्विजाय

dattvā dvijebhyaḥ sa bhavet surūpo rogāṁś ca kāṁścil labhate na jātu || bījair aśūnyaiḥ śayanābhirāmaṁ dadyād gṛhaṁ yaḥ puruṣo dvijāya

Wer den Zweimalgeborenen eine Gabe darbringt, wird wohlgestaltet und erwirbt niemals Krankheiten. Wer einem Brāhmaṇa ein Haus schenkt, reich an Saatkorn und mit angenehmen Lagern ausgestattet, erlangt solches Verdienst.
