Skanda Purana — Vishnu Khanda, Shloka 102

त्रिषु लोकेषु ये केचित्प्राणिनः सर्व एव ते । तर्प्यमाणाः परां तृप्तिं यांति संगमजैर्जलैः

triṣu lokeṣu ye kecitprāṇinaḥ sarva eva te | tarpyamāṇāḥ parāṃ tṛptiṃ yāṃti saṃgamajairjalaiḥ

Alle Lebewesen in den drei Welten—wenn man ihnen Sättigung darbringt (tarpana)—gelangen durch die aus der heiligen Zusammenkunft (Saṅgama) entsprungenen Wasser zur höchsten Erfüllung.
