दुर्वासा उवाच । सौमित्रे गच्छ शीघ्रं त्वं रामाग्रे मां निवेदय । कार्यार्थिनमिदं वाक्यं नान्यथा कर्तुमर्हसि

durvāsā uvāca | saumitre gaccha śīghraṃ tvaṃ rāmāgre māṃ nivedaya | kāryārthinamidaṃ vākyaṃ nānyathā kartumarhasi

Durvāsā sprach: „O Sohn der Sumitrā, geh eilends und melde mich vor Rāma. Ich bin in einer Angelegenheit gekommen; in dieser Bitte darfst du nicht anders handeln.“
