Transliteration

tenāsau mohitā pūrvaṃ dṛṣṭidānena karṣitā | ādyaṃ saṃmohanaṃ strīṇāṃ cakre dṛṣṭinirīkṣaṇam

Translation

Durch ihn war sie schon zuvor betört, herangezogen durch die „Gabe seines Blickes“. So vollzog er als erstes Mittel, Frauen zu bezaubern, die Macht des Schauens—allein durch den Anblick fesselnd.
