tasmātsarvaprayatnena samyakchraddhāsamanvitaḥ | pūjayettaṃ mahādevaṃ kapālinamanāmayam

Translation

Darum soll man mit allem Eifer und rechter Glaubenskraft jenen Mahādeva verehren—Kapālin, den Vertreiber von Leid und Krankheit.
