Transliteration

tataḥ sa kautukāviṣṭasteṣāṃ yuddhārthameva hi | prākṣipattatra ratnāni suvarṇaṃ ca mahītale

Translation

Dann, von einem spielerischen Impuls ergriffen, warf er dort auf den Boden Juwelen und Gold, in der Tat mit der Absicht, sie zum Streit zu reizen.
