अहो दैत्य महाबाहो मल्लयुद्धं ददस्व मे । त्वद्बाहुयुगलं दृष्ट्वा न युद्धे वांछितं मम
aho daitya mahābāho mallayuddhaṃ dadasva me | tvadbāhuyugalaṃ dṛṣṭvā na yuddhe vāṃchitaṃ mama
„Ha, Daitya mit mächtigen Armen, gewähre mir den Ringkampf, das malla-yuddha. Nachdem ich das Paar deiner Arme gesehen habe, begehre ich keine andere Art von Kampf.“
