Skanda Purana — Prabhasa Khanda, Shloka 30

एतैः समन्वितैश्चैव तत्र ब्रह्मा स्वयं स्थितः । शक्तिरूपधरैर्मन्त्रैर्योगैश्वर्यसमन्वितैः

etaiḥ samanvitaiścaiva tatra brahmā svayaṃ sthitaḥ | śaktirūpadharairmantrairyogaiśvaryasamanvitaiḥ
