Transliteration

piṃgākṣo lohitagrīvo harikeśo mahātanuḥ | itihāsaṣaḍaṃgāni purāṇānyakhilāni ca

Translation

Mit bernsteinfarbenen Augen, rötlichem Nacken und goldenem Haar—von mächtiger Gestalt—waren dort die Itihāsas, die sechs Vedāṅgas und auch alle Purāṇas zugegen.
