ṛṣiruvāca | kiṃ na paśyasi me brahmankarācchākara saṃ cyutam | ata eva hi me nṛtyaṃ siddho'haṃ nātra saṃśayaḥ
Type: kshetra
Listener: Pārvatī
Scene: The sage points to a fallen lump of sugar from his hand, proclaiming it as proof of siddhi, while the disguised brāhmaṇa listens—an ironic, instructive moment.
A practitioner may interpret small signs as proof of attainment, but true siddhi is tested by higher divine discernment.
Prabhāsakṣetra, the sacred locale whose Māhātmya frames this dialogue.
No explicit ritual is stated; the verse alludes to tapas and the idea of siddhi as a result of practice.
