Transliteration

tatra snātvā mahādevi gaṃgeśaṃ yastu pūjayet | muktaḥ syātpātakairghorairaśvamedhāyutaṃ labhet

Translation

Dort, nachdem er gebadet hat, o große Göttin, wird, wer Gaṅgeśa verehrt, von furchtbaren Sünden befreit und erlangt Verdienst gleich zehntausend Aśvamedha-Opfern.
