जमदग्निरुवाच । कन्यां यच्छतु वृद्धाय स भूयाद्वृषलीपतिः । अस्तु वार्द्धुषिको नित्यं बिसस्तैन्यं करोति यः
jamadagniruvāca | kanyāṃ yacchatu vṛddhāya sa bhūyādvṛṣalīpatiḥ | astu vārddhuṣiko nityaṃ bisastainyaṃ karoti yaḥ
Jamadagni sprach: „Wer bisastainya begeht, endet damit, eine Jungfrau einem Greis zur Ehe zu geben; er wird der Gatte einer Frau von niedriger Sitte und lebt beständig vom Wucherzins.“
