अथ तानि व्यचिन्वंश्च ऋषयो वरवर्णिनि । गुरूणीति विदित्वा तु न ग्राह्याण्यंगिराऽब्रवीत्
atha tāni vyacinvaṃśca ṛṣayo varavarṇini | gurūṇīti viditvā tu na grāhyāṇyaṃgirā'bravīt
Dann begannen die Weisen sie aufzusammeln, o du von schöner Farbe; doch als sie erkannten, dass sie „schwer“ waren, von schwerer Schuld belastet, sprach Aṅgirā: „Man darf sie nicht annehmen.“
