Transliteration

tapaḥśīlaguṇopete pātre vedasya pārage | suvarṇakoṭiṃ yaddattvā tatphalaṃ kusumena tu

Translation

Einem würdigen Empfänger, der mit Askese, rechter Lebensführung und Tugenden ausgestattet und in den Veden bewandert ist: Die Frucht, die aus der Gabe eines Krore Gold entsteht, wird ebenso schon durch das Darbringen einer einzigen Blume (an Śiva) erlangt.
