सर्वैरनुमतं कृत्वा ज्येष्ठेनैव च यत्कृतम् । द्रव्येण च विभक्तेन सर्वैरेव कृतं भवेत्
sarvairanumataṃ kṛtvā jyeṣṭhenaiva ca yatkṛtam | dravyeṇa ca vibhaktena sarvaireva kṛtaṃ bhavet
Wenn alle ihre Zustimmung gegeben haben, gilt alles, was der Älteste (Bruder) vollbringt, als von allen vollbracht – besonders dann, wenn die Ausgaben ordnungsgemäß unter ihnen aufgeteilt wurden.
