Transliteration

āpadyanagnau tīrthe ca caṃdrasūryagrahe tathā | nācaretsaṃgrahe caiva tathaivāstamupāgate

Translation

In Not, bei Feuersbrunst, an einem tīrtha (heiligen Übergang), während Mond- oder Sonnenfinsternis; in Zeiten des Hortens/Ansammelns und ebenso nach Sonnenuntergang—soll man die vorgeschriebene Übung oder den Ritus nicht beginnen.
