पिण्डनिर्वपणं तेषु कर्तव्यं भूतिमिच्छता । उष्णमन्नं द्विजातिभ्यः श्रद्धया विनिवेशयेत्
piṇḍanirvapaṇaṃ teṣu kartavyaṃ bhūtimicchatā | uṣṇamannaṃ dvijātibhyaḥ śraddhayā viniveśayet
Wer Wohlergehen und Gedeihen begehrt, soll dort die piṇḍas darbringen; und in gläubiger Hingabe den Dvijas (Zweimalgeborenen) heißes, frisch bereitetes Speiseopfer reichen.
