ऊर्ध्वं मुहूर्तात्कुतपाद्यन्मुहूर्तचतुष्टयम् । मुहूर्तपञ्चकं चैव स्वधाभवनमिष्यते

Transliteration

ūrdhvaṃ muhūrtātkutapādyanmuhūrtacatuṣṭayam | muhūrtapañcakaṃ caiva svadhābhavanamiṣyate

Translation

Die vier Muhūrtas, die auf die Kutapa-Muhūrta folgen—ja, der Zeitraum von fünf Muhūrtas—gelten als ‘Svadhā-bhavana’, eine angemessene Stätte für Opfergaben an die Pitṛs (Ahnen).
