Transliteration

trailokyamidamavyagraṃ maheṃdreṇa tu pālitam | tretāyuge tu daśame kārttavīryo mahābalaḥ

Translation

Diese dreifache Welt wurde in Frieden vom großen Mahendra (Indra) behütet. Dann, in der zehnten Tretā-Yuga, erhob sich der überaus mächtige Kārttavīrya.
