Skanda Purana — Prabhasa Khanda, Shloka 12

अनुविद्धा सिता चैव ईर्ष्या हिंसा तथा परा । माया निष्कृतिसंयुक्ता दक्षः पूर्वं महामतिः

anuviddhā sitā caiva īrṣyā hiṃsā tathā parā | māyā niṣkṛtisaṃyuktā dakṣaḥ pūrvaṃ mahāmatiḥ

Auch Anuviddhā und Sitā; ferner Īrṣyā (Eifersucht), Hiṃsā (Gewalt) und Parā; auch Māyā, verbunden mit Niṣkṛti—so wurden die Namen überliefert. In früherer Zeit war Dakṣa von großem Sinn.
