Transliteration

saptamo rāvaṇasyārthe jajñe daśarathātmajaḥ | aṣṭame dvāpare viṣṇuraṣṭāviṃśe parāśarāt

Translation

Die siebte Inkarnation wurde als Sohn Daśarathas geboren, um (Rāvaṇa zu vernichten). Im achten Dvāpara wurde Viṣṇu als achtundzwanzigste Manifestation geboren, aus Parāśara.
